強調(アクセント)の法則 - Word Stress Rules
英語の音の構造を知らずに英語の強調(アクセント)を法則から勉強しようとするのは、足し算も知らないのに、九九を唱えるようなもの。
その上、強調(アクセント)を法則は、数学レベルの知識を要求する部分もあるので、初級者から中級者の方は、耳から慣れる方法をお勧めします。ルール覚える為に時間を費やすより発音練習していれば、強調(アクセント)の法則は自ずと見えてきます。
ある程度、英会話練習法をこなしてきた中·上級者の方は、下記にあげた簡単な強調(アクセント)の法則を知る事によって、全く聞いたことのない単語でも、ある程度読み方の推測ができるようになります。
ただし例外も多いので、参考程度にとどめておいて下さい。
２音節の名詞/形容詞と動詞
太文字は強調、斜字は第二強調する音を表します。
